Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to feel that appsops.store is worth what you pay. If it isn't, we want to make it right. Here is exactly when and how we issue refunds.
1. Free trial — no charge, ever
Every new Pro subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. We do not charge your card during the trial. You can cancel at any point during the trial from the billing page and pay nothing. If you cancel during the trial, your access ends immediately when you cancel — no period to wait out.
2. Yearly plans — 30-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribed to the yearly plan and decide it's not for you within 30 days of the first charge, email us at hello@appsops.store with your account email and order number, and we will refund your payment in full. No questions, no hoops.
After day 30 of the yearly term, refunds are pro-rated for the unused portion of the year, less any processing fees, at our discretion.
3. Monthly plans — pro-rated on request
If you cancel a monthly subscription:
- By default, you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid month and your card is not charged again.
- If you want a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current month, email us within 7 days of the most recent charge. We will refund the unused days.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@appsops.store with:
- The email address on your account
- The Stripe receipt number (you'll find it in the receipt email or in your billing page under "Manage subscription")
- A short note about why you're requesting it (optional but helps us improve)
We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
5. Things we do not refund
- Charges older than the windows above (30 days for yearly, 7 days for monthly).
- Payment-processing fees in the rare case Stripe does not return them to us.
- Damages or losses you claim resulted from using the Service. The Service is provided "as-is"; see our Terms of Service, section 7 and 8.
6. Disputes & chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us first. We almost always resolve refund requests faster than a chargeback would. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, your account may be suspended pending the dispute outcome.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes do not retroactively affect refunds you've already received or are entitled to under the prior version.
