These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of appsops.store (the "Service"), operated by the team behind appsops.store ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

appsops.store is a software-as-a-service tool for iOS developers. It calculates purchasing-power-parity (PPP) prices for the App Store across 175+ territories, automates bulk price updates via Apple's App Store Connect API, and helps localize app metadata into 39 languages.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, logos, and content (other than user-submitted data), is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active and you comply with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service (your apps, your prices, your translations).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We make no warranties about the accuracy of PPP data, exchange rates, App Store Connect API responses, or third-party translations. You are solely responsible for verifying prices and metadata before publishing them to the App Store.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.

You are responsible for App Store Connect price changes you initiate through the Service. We are not responsible for revenue lost from incorrect pricing or for any consequences of metadata changes you publish.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing us at hello@appsops.store to request account deletion. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that creates a risk for us or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
